Within this class hour we have been asked by Pn. Ros to discuss a case study about Electronic Supply Chain Management (ESCM) within small company in Tasmania. This discussing invovled all the group members and we have divided the task according to the number of question that related to the case study. Every member give full cooperation, as we manage to complete the draft within 1 and half hour given time. This case study is really gave us an overview about when and how reengineering process need to be in place when the effect of implementing ESCM is not valuable enough without a full technical support from the human resource itself. There were many problems occur within the company as they (workers and manager) dont really familliar with the system.
As the task given to us, we need to summarize the business practice,identify the business process , identify the problems and come out with suggestion and conclusion and submit to Pn. Ros by 12 noon Friday.
