N E W S U B J E C T

Time : 11 am – 1.30 pm

After failed with the stationery , we all group Four-T decided to go on details with the Boutiques. Thursday, the day where we off to site within the class hour , we all the five members make a site visit and approaching the boutique. Same thing happened when the boss of each shop were not around. Then we decided to broaden the scope of subject area to Kompleks Bangi Utama (WARTA).We found some Boutiques does not want to give co-operation after we explaining the purpose of we were there . This would be regarding to the time consuming and also factor of like bringing up their business process secret to the air. Then lastly, Alhamdulillah, eventually we found one boutique that agreed to be our subject.

We have decided to work on Emas Sutera Boutique located at Kompleks Bangi Utama (WARTA).Today, we meet the owner of the boutique, Puan Hajah Zaleha bt.Haji Ahamad to have a discussion about the project scope and activities schedule. Also, we have been brief about some regulations that need to be followed along this project accomplishment. They include:

1) Meeting by an appointment.
2) No sleeping partner.
3) Discussion will be conducted using the win-win situation.

Work Scheduled

There are a few things that remain to be done:
1) Prepare a formal letter and a *schedule of activities for this study. (PIC: Ziera and Ziana)
2) Update blog for the weekly activities. (PIC: Suhada)
3) Conduct a brainstorming session. (PIC: Ziera)By default: - Tuesday, 31 July 2007, 11-12pm. Any amendment will be informed soon.
4) Prepare the questions for interviewing session. (PIC: Suhaida and Hanani)
5) Make an appointment with Puan Hajah Zaleha for the second meeting. (PIC: Faraziana)
By default: - Thursday, 2 August 2007, 11.00am. Any amendment will be informed soon.

C O N C L U S I O N

We realised that being conducting with outside or realworld people is the most challenging part in this project. After gone through all the spots, we can make conclusion that many of the problems occured because of low skills of convincing people and surely the boss were not around when we need them most (",). Thank you to the all supports through out this week. We will find some time to resume visit to Emas Sutera Boutique next week and posting the progress report to you.Special thanks to Emas Sutera owner, Puan Hajah Zaleha bt. Haji Ahamad for the time spending on our project explanation also the co-operation.
