For this week, we are being asked by Pn. Ros to apply surfacing assumption template to the particular business process running in the subject business activity. As for our group , we had choose the boutique's inventory system among some other activities within the boutique that we had list. we need to conduct the Inventory into five template which is What , Why, When, Where and How.All group members give full co-operation.

Result to the imcomplete task given by Pn. Ros in the class the day before, we gathering up to make meeting to settle the task. All members attends the meeting and give full participation.
